Erica brings 25 years of leadership experience in behavioral services, supervision, compliance, and program operations. She is dedicated to promoting high-quality services at Life’s New Beginning through regulatory oversight, consistent documentation practices, and the development of efficient organizational systems. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, trying new recipes, and baking fancy desserts for family and friends. 

INCIDENT MANAGER

Blake brings over 8 years of experience across diverse behavioral health settings and populations. He has dedicated his education and career to ensuring that those receiving services receive the highest quality care, and those providing services have a safe and healthy work environment. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his partner, baking, and playing video games.

HR GENERALIST

Matthew brings a diversified background in business from his career and education that includes management, marketing, sales, and human resource management. In his free time, he enjoys dirt track racing, learning about history, spending time with family and friends, and traveling and running an antiques business with his wife Cheyenne.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Stacy has 29 years of experience working with York County Children and Youth Services. After retirement, she joined the LNB team in 2017. Although you can primarily find her in the office, she enjoys interacting with the individuals we serve. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, yardwork, and cooking.

FISCAL ASSISTANT

In April 2019, Lisa joined the fiscal department with Life's New Beginning as a Fiscal Assistant. Backed by over 30 years of financial and operational experience in the retail industry.  She has found working in the non-profit sector to be deeply fulfilling. She enjoys interacting with our individuals when they visit the office.  Her personal interests includes playing tennis, ping pong, doing yard work and solving crossword and jigsaw puzzles. 

SCHEDULING

Career includes Public Accounting, Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, and the last dozen years working with Non-Profits. The last six years spent with Life’s New Beginning being the most rewarding knowing the work the organization does and the people that they help. Enjoy golf, relearning guitar and travel with my wife, Billie.
